However, alongside delivering great service, this role carries significant responsibility.
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver a world class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist hirers with the setting up of facilities for lettings and other school related events, from setting up a badminton net to switching on the floodlights.
- Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure that the school’s premises are always left as found.
- Unlock gates and doors, and secure them again at the end of the shift.
- Complete all health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
- Receive full training, in person and via our online training system, covering safeguarding responsibilities, manual handling, fire safety and customer service.
- Possibly be involved in additional activities not listed above to support the school, hirers and the Vivify team.
