Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving our menu to a high standard as per company specification to ensure guests return again and again.
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards within the business and completing company paperwork related to such standards.
- Receiving deliveries and maintaining correct storage of food.
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Positive hands‑on approach.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience working within a busy kitchen (essential).
- Willingness to accept further in‑house training and development in our Development Kitchen in Hertford.
