Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Youth and Community Work position. This role involves working with young people to bridge the gap between current and potential participants of community activities.
The successful candidate will transport a mobile youth centre, engage with young people in diverse settings, and work closely with partner organizations to support the needs of the community. Proficiency in Welsh and a valid driving licence are essential for this post.
This fixed-term position lasts until 31 March 2027 and adheres to the Council’s Hybrid Working Policy.
