The Role

As The Permit Control Coordinator, You’ll

• Manage the permit-to-work process to ensure contractor compliance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Health & Safety teams to review permits and verify documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and contractor documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for contractor access and permit queries.
• Support the supervision of permit administration activities and monitor compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and coordination skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with contractors and stakeholders.
• Experience in facilities management, construction, or regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach to safety and compliance.
