Overview
The Peninsula London seeks a Residences Public Area Attendant to work within the Residences Team and report to the Operations Manager. The role contributes to the cleanliness of residential spaces, Spa Treatment Rooms, and any requests to ensure the comfort of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of Front of House Areas, Back of House Areas, floor pantries, floor toilets, storage rooms and the Pool and Spa Areas.
- Record requests, jobs, defects or issues through our methods of communication.
- Follow Peninsula Principles at all stages.
- Take note of guest preferences and update guest profiles through daily communication with the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping and public area cleaning in a luxury hotel.
- Passion and appreciation for quality luxury hotel service and hygiene standards.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Highly adaptable, naturally positive, and flexible to work under pressure.
