Requirements
- Have previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within the last 4 years in a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting.
- Provide valid references from these roles.
- Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service.
About the Role
This role involves supporting primary-aged pupils in partner school settings across Dewsbury who have been identified as having additional needs, including Autism, PMLD, complex needs, mobility, SEMH and MLD. You will work across multiple sites, be based in the Dewsbury area, and may need to drive or commute to various sites. You may also develop into full‑time or supply support positions.
