Location: Druids Heath, Birmingham

Contract: Part-time (2.5 days per week)

The Role

• Teach a Year 5 class and plan engaging, high‑quality lessons.
• Lead a curriculum subject across the school, supporting colleagues.
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with staff, senior leaders, and parents.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5.
• Previous subject leadership experience or willingness to take on the role.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passionate about raising standards and supporting pupil achievement.
