Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver a world class experience for our hirers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and other school related events, from setting up badminton nets to switching on the floodlights.
- Undertake light cleaning duties to leave the school’s premises as found – sweeping, tucking chairs back under desks and storing equipment in the gym.
- Unlock and lock gates and doors, completing health and safety checks and reporting any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
- Participate in full training, including safeguarding responsibilities, manual handling, fire safety and customer service training.
- Support the school, hirers and the Vivify team; be involved in additional activities as required to further improve service quality.

- Passionate about customer service and able to represent Vivify in a professional manner.
- A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised, flexible, quick to act and able to solve problems.
- Motivated to grow and willing to engage in learning and development opportunities.
- Enjoy working closely with schools and hirers on a day‑to‑day basis.
