FLT Counterbalance Driver – Night Shifts -£15.35 per hour – No Weekend Work

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance Operator to join our well-established client based in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday: 22:00pm – 06:00am (Night Shift)

• £15.35 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

• Loading and unloading vehicles using a PDA
• Operating Counterbalance safely and efficiently
• Operating Reach truck safely and efficiently (desirable)
• Label and complete promotional builds
• Load and unload vehicles
• Rework products as required
• Placing pens into a blister in the correct order
• Complete scanning and stock control tasks
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards
• Meet customer order requirements accurately and on time

Essential Skills

• Basic level of English (spoken and written)
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Punctual, conscientious and hardworking
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working nights shifts
• Be able to load and unload trailers with a pump truck and counterbalance truck
• The position requires individuals to be on their feet for long periods of time so they can perform duties effectively

Desirable Experience

• Previous warehouse or packing experience (not essential as full training is provided)

Training

• Full industry-related training and ongoing support provided throughout employment
