BSL-Specialist Pupil Support Assistant (Deaf Learners)

East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a compassionate Pupil Support Assistant specializing in British Sign Language (BSL) to assist deaf children in accessing education. This temporary position offers the opportunity to support children in overcoming learning barriers.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff, provide supervision, and help with specific learning activities along with the development of communication skills through BSL.

You will receive ongoing support and training to develop your BSL competency and specialist knowledge.
