Role Overview
Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you will be part of a friendly, high‑functioning team of colleagues working in the North Warwickshire portfolio, which includes Packwood, Baddesley Clinton and Charlecote Park. You will be passionate about growing support and connecting people to nature, engaging visitors to create meaningful and inclusive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver great all‑round customer service, answering visitor queries and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Assist visitors with information, events and the National Trust experience.
- Help drive Growing Support by recruiting new members and selling memberships.
- Contribute to key property events and social media promotion.
- Adapt to varying working patterns, including weekends and bank holidays, and travel across properties as needed.
Qualifications
- Customer focused with a strong understanding of delivering great service.
- Self‑motivated team player who can work independently.
- Well organised, adaptable and eager to learn new skills.
- Positive attitude.
Working Hours & Salary
- Annual salary: £9,682.44 per annum (paid in 12 equal instalments).
- Contract based on annualised hours – approximately 730.75 hrs per year.
- Regular weekend and bank holiday work, with travel between properties.
