Responsibilities
- Be passionate in managing the delivery of swim lessons to people of all ages and abilities.
- Oversee and motivate a team of swim teachers to maintain quality lesson programme.
- Maintain a balanced pool timetable to meet the needs of a variety of users.
- Be part of a motivated team fully embracing our company values.
Qualifications
