About the Role
Nursery Apprentice – £18,387.20 per year, working 32 hours per week over 4 days, Monday‑Friday between the hours of 8 am‑6 pm. 13‑month apprenticeship with an off‑site training day every month, dedicated tutor to support you during your apprenticeship, and off‑the‑job hours to complete set tasks.

Key Responsibilities
As a Nursery Apprentice we want you to provide and maintain high quality care to children, working as part of a staff team to meet children’s individual needs. We expect you to apply yourself diligently, both in respect of your training courses and during your work, to acquire the skills involved and your continued satisfactory progression through the course, including passing examinations/assessments.
Qualifications
Desirable: GCSE English and Mathematics.
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures.
- Ability to work as a team member and organise own workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all children, staff and families.
- Ability to support an environment which is inclusive for all and encourages diversity.
- Ability to be a reflective practitioner in order to develop your practice.
Salary and Benefits
Salary £18,387.20.
Benefits include 6 weeks off per year plus Christmas closure from Christmas Eve to 2nd January, company sick pay, dependency leave, paid via Stream and childcare discounts.
