Sales Associate

Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to join our incredible Hamper Ordering department in our Flagship Piccadilly store.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate world‑class service to customers on the shop floor.
• Use the ordering system to assist customers in sending hampers across the world.
• Ensure departmental KPIs are reached through individual excellence and teamwork.
• Excite customers with product knowledge and create a sense of pleasure for each interaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Have a genuine passion for all things Fortnum & Mason.
• Demonstrate previous experience in a relevant role.
• Be ready to learn our products inside‑out and demonstrate a constant hunger for knowledge.
• Be able to work 37.5 hours weekly on a rotating rota, including weekends.
• Possess a confident, engaging, and friendly personality.
