Retail Security Officer — Visible Safety & Customer Service

Manchester Arndale is looking for a Retail Security Officer in Port Talbot. This role focuses on ensuring safety in the retail environment, providing excellent customer service, and responding to incidents effectively. The working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 7 am to 2:30 pm.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA Licence and possess strong observational and communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining a visible presence, monitoring for suspicious activity, and assisting customers and staff.
