Evening Order Processor (Weekends)

At Avondale Foods Ltd we are looking for a Weekend Order Processor. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Shift Pattern: Friday to Sunday 19:00-23:00

What you will do:

• Running MRP AX system and making amendments when required.
• Update AX with planning jobs
• Support the despatch department with paperwork for example, loading sheets
• Updating the despatch system
• Updating customer systems with shortage information
• Identifying and communicating errors to the relevant departments.
• Review with despatch stock take accuracy and identify any issues and communicate any errors to planning and despatch teams.

What we need from you:

• Excellent standard of verbal and written English.
• 1-year experience in a similar role
• Proficient in the use of computerised information systems
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Independent and can self-manage to complete all tasks of the role.
