About you
- Proven experience in a finance or accounts payable environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Ideally, holds a third-level qualification in a financial discipline (desirable)
What you’ll do
- Process vendor payments and resolve invoice queries efficiently
- Maintain supplier records and complete standard reports
- Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and handle intercompany invoicing
- Respond professionally to vendor inquiries using standard office software
- Carry out routine reporting and reconciliation tasks in line with company standards
- Manage supplier disputes and assist in resolution processes
