About you

  • Proven experience in a finance or accounts payable environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Ideally, holds a third-level qualification in a financial discipline (desirable)

What you’ll do

  • Process vendor payments and resolve invoice queries efficiently
  • Maintain supplier records and complete standard reports
  • Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and handle intercompany invoicing
  • Respond professionally to vendor inquiries using standard office software
  • Carry out routine reporting and reconciliation tasks in line with company standards
  • Manage supplier disputes and assist in resolution processes
