Warehouse Team Leader

Pertemps North Midlands is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join a large distribution centre in Derby.

This permanent, full-time role offers a salary between £16.04 and £20.05 per hour, depending on shift.

Working Hours

Rotating days, nights, and afternoons across five days out of seven, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small team of operatives engaged in picking and using PPTs.
• Manage staff and dispatch items using MHE.
• Handle stock movements and general warehouse duties such as keeping the work area tidy.
• Ensure CRM’s are updated.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• MHE training is advantageous.
• Ability to work rotating shift patterns, including weekends.
• Positive, can-do attitude and flexibility with rota.
