Your Shift

What you’ll actually be doing as our Night Manager, you are leading the hotel through the night. We trust you to handle:

  • The Ultimate Welcome: Delivering a warm, vibrant welcome to all late arrivals and assisting guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Commercial Hustle: Reviewing wage costs, driving the use of Opera to note special requirements, balancing accounts daily, and taking every opportunity to upsell rooms.
  • Problem Solving: Dealing efficiently with reservations and handling any complaints politely and positively to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Inspirational Leadership: Recruiting great people, tracking daily reports, and benchmarking individual team members’ performance against high-performance behaviours.
