Ice Rink Operations Lead – Duty Manager & Events

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Officer to manage day-to-day operations at East Kilbride Ice Rink. This permanent position offers 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional backshifts and weekend work.

The successful candidate will lead staff, ensure high customer service standards, oversee health and safety compliance, and manage budgets. Ideal applicants should have leadership experience and preferably work experience in an Ice Rink environment.
