Role Overview

Bexhill College is an Outstanding, open access and inclusive Sixth Form College. We have a number of commercial activities that enhance the college offer to its community and beyond, including international students and adult education.

As the International Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality of our international provision and will work closely with the Assistant Principal International Students and Adult Education supporting the adult education offer. This is a full‑time, term‑time only role with 15 plus days during the holidays, but all year‑round and part‑time hours may be considered for the right or exceptional candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality of international provision.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Principal International Students and Adult Education to support the adult education offer.
  • Allocate responsibilities according to qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education.
  • Strong understanding of working in an environment where meeting customer expectations is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Patience, a sense of humour and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Enhanced DBS check required; online searches will be conducted as part of safeguarding checks and due diligence for all shortlisted candidates.
