Type: Full-time / Permanent / Office-based (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Furniture, you will play a key role in the commercial success of our furniture projects, preparing accurate cost plans, securing competitive supplier pricing and supporting the delivery of high-quality workplace environments for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Produce and maintain detailed furniture cost plans using Excel
• Provide technical input to support sales and design teams
• Liaise with manufacturers for accurate quotations and procurement
• Manage purchasing, including order placement, revisions and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience estimating commercial furniture projects
• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturers, products and specifications
• Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical ability
• Ability to interpret drawings, schedules and specifications
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
