You’ll also lead a small team, driving analytical capability, standardising processes, and enhancing data integrity across the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain centralised reporting frameworks to monitor performance across OSG and wider teams

  • Deliver insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities to protect margin
  • Monitor and manage financial & commercial KPIs, ensuring audit readiness and transparency
  • Lead compliance checks across workflows including quoting, charge checks, billing, and cost assurance
  • Embed and enhance Charge Check processes across contracts
  • Identify and implement improvements to reduce leakage, inefficiencies, and unnecessary spend
  • Oversee transactional spend activity, ensuring correct approvals and governance protocols
  • Drive revenue recovery initiatives, identifying and recovering missed income opportunities
  • Support mobilisation projects and transformation programmes (e.g. Aurora), embedding robust governance from the outset
  • Build strong relationships across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and MI to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop a team, enhancing analytical capability and commercial awareness

About You

We’re looking for a confident and driven individual who brings:

  • Proven experience in commercial analysis and governance
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data using Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g. Visio)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

A relevant degree or professional qualification is advantageous.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Hybrid working options
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • The chance to play a key role in shaping commercial governance and operational performance

Why Join Us?

This is a critical role within Arcus, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on commercial performance across the business. You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working on transformation initiatives and helping to drive continuous improvement and best practice.
