Change & Adoption Lead — Digital Transformation

GCS is looking for a Business Change and Adoption Lead to join their Sheffield team. In this role, you will engage with senior stakeholders, define change management strategies, and develop training channels to ensure the successful adoption of digital transformations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing change within a global digital transformation programme, particularly in the banking sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence are critical.
