General Operative

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a General Operative or Labourer to join their operations team in central York.

Responsibilities

• Emptying a vacated property
• Repairing fencing
• Clearing out gardens
• Deep cleaning properties
• Adapting to daily changes across a wide variety of properties in York

Qualifications & Requirements

• MUST hold a current full UK driving licence
• Physically fit and able to work in all weathers
• Experience of labouring, deep cleaning or similar work is advantageous
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week with an immediate start
• Must be able to work in the United Kingdom

Compensation & Working Hours

Full‑time role: 37 hours a week, Monday–Friday. Salary: £13.45 per hour, paid weekly. Initially 3 months, potentially longer.

Additional Information

You’ll be provided with a vehicle, equipment and PPE. We will need two references, one from your last employer.
