In this Senior Client Relationship Manager role, you will sit within the firm’s established client team, managing a small portfolio of priority international clients. The role is sector agnostic and most likely you will manage clients across FS, tech, energy & infrastructure.
Specifically, you will:

- Work with partners to develop and execute client plans, playing an advisory role to them; Network through key clients to develop and grow relationships and break into new areas of work; Work across different practice groups and regions across EMEA and APAC to cross-sell and create a coordinated approach to clients; Lead client feedback for your clients using learnings to improve client service; Advise and support on pricing strategy; Reporting, analysis and measurement;
The firm takes a really sensible approach to hybrid working, meaning that you are expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
You will have significant client relationship/key account management gained either in a major international law firm or big four accounting firm. xwwtmva Experience of being client facing and a track record of generating new revenue from key accounts is key to this role.
