  • nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.n

  • nMonitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.n
  • n

  • nEducate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies for ongoing support.n
  • n

  • nMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with NHS standards.n
  • n

  • nParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing professional development activities.n

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • nRelevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.n
  • n

  • nRegistration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).n
  • n

  • nCompletion of NHS mandatory training.n
  • n

  • nProven experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.n
