Key Responsibilities:

  • nDispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal and professional standards.n
  • n

  • nProvide clinical advice and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.n
  • n

  • nParticipate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to optimise patient care.n
  • n

  • nMonitor and review patient medication regimens, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with the healthcare team.n
  • n

  • nEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation, guidelines, and Trust policies.n
  • n

  • nContribute to the training and development of pharmacy support staff and students.n
  • n

  • nEngage in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills.n

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • nRegistered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).n
  • n

  • nCompletion of a recognised pharmacy degree (MPharm or equivalent).n
  • n

  • nSuccessful completion of the Pre-Registration Pharmacy Year or equivalent experience.n
  • n

  • nNHS mandatory training completion.n
