Contract Opportunity: Reward Delivery Consultant – 12 months
We are seeking an experienced Rewards Delivery Consultant to join a global organisation on a 12-month contract basis, supporting the design, delivery and continuous improvement of reward programmes across an international business.
Please note this role will require onsite presence of at least 3 days per week
Role Overview
This role provides specialist reward expertise, supporting the development and implementation of global reward initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to analyse market data, ensure governance and compliance, and help shape competitive and effective reward solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on reward programmes across global and regional teams
- Support and lead reward-related projects and initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
- Analyse internal and external reward data to inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with reward policies, governance and regulations
- Monitor market trends and best practice
- Drive continuous improvement in reward processes and delivery
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong background in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience delivering projects in complex, global environments
- Strong understanding of reward governance and regulatory requirements
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
- 10+ years’ experience in reward, consulting or corporate environments
- Degree or equivalent experience
