RTA Paralegal

Hybrid working in either Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds office

We are partnering with a leading national law firm to recruit an experienced RTA Paralegal to join the Personal Injury practice on a permanent basis.

Our client offers flexible, hybrid working (typically two days per week in the office), a great work-life balance, and clear opportunities for progression into fee earning or training roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and upkeep of files on the case management system
• Drafting Letters of Claim, Claim Forms and Court Forms
• Answering client calls and emails, responding to queries, and providing updates
• Supporting to prepare instructions to Counsel and trial bundles
• Liaising with medical experts, barristers, and council
• Attending Court/Council meetings when applicable
• Arranging meetings and appointments for the fee earners

About You

• LLB Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience supporting RTA or Personal Injury cases
• Strong client care and organisation skills
