Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a market-leading science business who are looking to recruit a proactive and self-motivated Customer Success Manager to support their growing client base across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and environmentally conscious company at the forefront of sustainable solutions, helping businesses transition away from harmful chemical technologies.
The successful candidate ideally be based in the Midlands, and will play a key role in supporting customers on-site throughout the UK, driving product adoption, building strong long-term relationships, and ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the company’s products and services.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £38,000 per annum, alongside a Tesla company car, remote working, annual bonus scheme worth up to 10%, pension, medi-care cashback plan, sick pay, and genuine long-term progression opportunities within a rapidly growing organisation.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a Customer Success, Account Management or B2B Sales role
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Proven experience working in a field-based or client-facing environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support new customers through onboarding and product implementation processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across multiple sites
- Deliver product training and ongoing support both remotely and on-site
- Manage customer trials and ensure successful product adoption and engagement
- Resolve customer issues effectively whilst working closely with internal teams
