Are you an ARB qualified Architectural professional with strong Revit skills and strong experience within mixed-use residential sectors, looking to build your technical delivery expertise on complex residential schemes? This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects within a supportive, design-conscious studio environment.

About the Practice

This established London studio works across large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, combining a strong design ethos with a focus on practical delivery. The team is known for its thoughtful, well-resolved architecture and a collaborative approach across all project stages. With a consistent pipeline of technically challenging work, the practice is well-versed in current regulatory frameworks and evolving building safety requirements. You will join a close-knit team that values clarity, precision, and well-coordinated project outcomes.

The Role

You will support the delivery of residential projects across RIBA stages 3-5, working in a BIM-led environment. This is a hands-on role focused on developing technical design skills while contributing meaningfully to live projects, particularly those subject to Gateway processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of residential schemes across RIBA stages 3 to 5
  • Produce and coordinate drawing packages using Revit
  • Support technical design and compliance with UK building regulations
  • Work closely with consultants and internal teams to maintain project coordination
  • Contribute to Gateway 2 submissions and associated documentation where applicable

Requirements

  • You are an ARB qualified architect with relevant UK experience
  • You have strong, practice-based Revit capability
  • You have an awareness of Gateway 2 requirements (desired)
  • You are eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship, as this is not available for the role
