With a consistent pipeline of technically challenging work, the practice is well-versed in current regulatory frameworks and evolving building safety requirements. The Role
You will support the delivery of residential projects across RIBA stages 3-5, working in a BIM-led environment. This is a hands-on role focused on developing technical design skills while contributing meaningfully to live projects, particularly those subject to Gateway processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of residential schemes across RIBA stages 3 to 5
- Produce and coordinate drawing packages using Revit
- Support technical design and compliance with UK building regulations
- Work closely with consultants and internal teams to maintain project coordination
- Contribute to Gateway 2 submissions and associated documentation where applicable
Requirements
- You are an ARB qualified architect with relevant UK experience
- You have strong, practice-based Revit capability
- You have an awareness of Gateway 2 requirements (desired)
- You are eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship, as this is not available for the role
