Skills and Personal attributes we would like to have:

• 8-14 years’ experience in consulting, professional services or technology services, managing strategic relationships with Tier 1 insurance clients.
• Strong Commercial & Speciality Insurance domain expertise across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Speciality, London Market and/or Life Insurance.
• Proven experience managing and growing enterprise client accounts with responsibility for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated success in solution selling, consultative engagement and shaping complex data and analytics transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of insurance data, underwriting, claims, pricing, actuarial and operational processes.
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, Cloud and AI solutions within the insurance sector.
