Capstone Recruitment UK is partnering with a leading project management consultancy to recruit Project Managers to deliver high-profile commercial office fit-out projects across Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading occupiers, delivering prestigious CAT B office fit-out schemes from inception through to completion. You’ll be part of a collaborative, client-facing team with exposure to landmark projects and clear opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver CAT B commercial office fit-out projects across Central London
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from inception to completion
- Work directly with blue-chip clients, consultants and contractors
- Take ownership of programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management
- Join a supportive team offering genuine career progression and APC support for those working towards MRICS
About You:
- 3–6 years’ project management experience within a consultancy, client-side or developer environment
- Experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects
- A strong understanding of construction project delivery and coordination
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- A commercially minded, organised and proactive approach
- MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership (APC support available)
