Based in Central London, our client are a leading UK mortgage brokerage who are now looking for mortgage administrators with whole of market experience to join their team. This is a highly successful firm founded in 2004 and exclusively dealing with household name companies up and down the UK

The ideal candidate must have experience specifically with mortgage administration and will have experience in processing, in full, all mortgage business from application stage to completion. Servicing of existing and new clients and provision of additional PA support to assist all brokers with their day-to-day activities

You should have excellent communication skills as you will be required to deal with Mortgage Lenders, Clients and Solicitors particularly in the absence of the Broker, both verbally and in person.

You should be able to work well under pressure using your own initiative, on your own as well as part of a team. You will provide direct administrative support to cover 3-4 mortgage Brokers.

Duties include:

Keeping Finplan/Bluecoat reviewed and kept up to date tracking and monitoring each stage of the mortgage process. ( training given )

• Liaising with lenders, insurance companies, solicitors and clients ensuring requirements are met and all cases are dealt with in a timely manner.

• Ensuring acceptance terms and mortgage offers received as promptly as possible and checking these against application/illustration.

• Electronic filing of client correspondence and all other relevant documentation should be carried out at the time of processing

All applicants should have a minimum of 12 months mortgage administration experience

Basic salary £33,000 with a further £4,000p.a. available via quarterly bonuses

Please note : You MUST have relevant mortgage administration experience to be considered for this role

This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days spent in the London office and 2 days working from home
