Legal Counsel – Wealth Management

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an 3 PQE+ lawyer to join the legal team of a leading UK financial services organisation during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

You’ll provide commercially focused legal advice across wealth management and retail investment products, supporting strategic initiatives while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, including Risk, Compliance and Governance.

The role –

• Advise on wealth management and retail investment products and services.
• Support strategic growth and business change initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to manage legal and regulatory risk.
• Deliver pragmatic legal advice in a complex, regulated environment.
• Drive improvements to legal processes and ways of working.

About you –

• Excellent knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for wealth management and retail investments.
• 3 PQE+ gained either in-house or from private practice.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
