Opportunity One – Senior Associate (Private M&A)
Join the Corporate team of a leading international law firm advising on complex UK and cross-border transactions, with particular strength across the technology, media, gaming and gambling sectors.
You’ll work alongside recognised partners on matters including:
- Cross-border M&A
- Private acquisitions and disposals
- Growth equity investments
- Strategic investments and joint ventures
- Venture capital transactions
The role offers exceptional exposure to international clients, high-profile deals and genuine opportunities to develop specialist sector expertise.
Opportunity Two – Associate (Equity Capital Markets & Public M&A)
An excellent opportunity to join the London Corporate team of a highly respected corporate / commercial law firm with a growing reputation in ECM and Public M&A. The team advises UK and international listed companies throughout the corporate lifecycle, including:
- IPOs
- Secondary fundraisings
- Public takeovers
- AIM and Main Market advisory work
- Takeover Code matters
- Listed company governance and regulatory advice
Associates enjoy significant client exposure, early responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on complex public company transactions. Applications are welcomed from England & Wales qualified solicitors with approximately 4+ PQE who have experience in one or more of the following:
- Corporate M&A
- Cross-border transactions
- Equity Capital Markets
- Public M&A
- Listed company advisory
- Venture Capital
- Growth Equity
Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills are essential.
