A fast-scaling B2B lending company is looking for a German-speaking Recoveries Specialist to join their London team, working closely with the German-based recoveries function.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to get into financial services. You don’t need years of finance experience. If you’re fluent in German, a strong communicator, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Recovering funds where contractual repayments have not been upheld by borrowers
  • Following a structured recoveries escalation process – contacting borrowers via phone, email and SMS
  • Liaising with brokers and account managers to establish contact and resolve outstanding payments
  • Keeping accurate records of all communication and recovery actions
  • Supporting the wider recoveries team as the business scales

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to think on your feet
  • Someone eager to learn, who takes initiative and is up for a challenge
  • Recent graduates welcome; experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Nice to have: experience with Excel, Outlook and CRM tools
  • Available to start at short notice (within 1-2 weeks)

What’s on offer:

  • £30,000 – £35,000
  • Exposure to the corporate world and financial services from day one
  • A fun, dynamic team that will support your career goals
  • Real progression opportunities as the team expands

**This role needs someone who can start quickly, so if you’re available at short notice and this sounds like you, apply now.

Visa support is not on offer, but if you have full rights to work, or a graduate visa for 2 years, then please apply.
