Location: Southampton / Hybrid working.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to advance to Associate level. The firm is a Leading Legal 100 Law firm and offers an opportunity to join an established Real Estate property team handling high‑value landlord and tenant matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.

n

• Handling various high‑value landlord and tenant matters.

n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
• 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property or related practice.

n

• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and asset management.

n

n

Salary will be discussed in line with experience.
