Introductionn

The Director of Customer Analytics is a seniorleader within the FP&A organization, reporting directly to the VP, FP&A. This role is responsible forthe GTM financial model,long termGTM plan and quarterly customer insight across the company. He / she willdrivedeep understanding of customer health, retention, revenue, and product adoption — and translating complex data into strategic decisions that support Finance andExecutive team.

nJob Responsibilitiesn

    n

  • Lead 2 analysts focused on customer financial performance and reporting
  • n

  • Own ARR, GDR, churn, and expansion metricplan and forecast— the authoritative source for Finance and leadership
  • n

  • Collaborate closely with GTM executives to ensure alignment on assumptions
  • n

  • Build and maintain customer health score models with a financial lens
  • n

  • Identify revenue risks and opportunities through cohort and segmentation analysis
  • n

nFinance Partnershipn

    n

  • Partner within FP&A to align customer analytics with revenue forecasting and planning cycles
  • n

  • Financial ownership of the Budget and Quarterly corporate forecast across Pipeline, Bookings, Churn, ARR and other related KPIs
  • n

  • Serve as the analytical counterpart in Finance for Board and investor reporting
  • n

  • Support exit and M&A activities as needed
  • n

nStakeholder & Executive Reportingn

    n

  • Deliver quarterly customer performance reporting to senior stakeholders (ELT, BOD)
  • n

  • Provide ELT with visibility into cohort-level performance with the ability to double-click into the details
  • n

  • Transition toward more strategic forecasting supported by AI-driven automation
  • n

nKnowledge and Experiencen

    n

  • 8+ years of analytics experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • n

  • Deep understanding of the full GTM funnel — Pipeline to Bookings to Revenue to Capacity
  • n

  • Customer health, churn, and retention modeling expertise
  • n

  • ARR, GDR, NDR and Growth analysis
  • n

  • Proficiency in new AI tools to improve financial insight and visualizations
  • n

  • Proven ability to lead complex, high-level financial modeling and drive team-wide analytical standards.
  • n

  • Expert ability to translate complex financial data into clear, influential, and educational narratives for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • n

  • Strong executive communication, both influential and educational
  • n

  • Ability to simplify complex analysis
  • n

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills working across multiple organizations
  • n

nEducationn

BA/BS in Finance or related subject; MBA preferred
