Commercial Property Legal Assistant/Paralegal – Stoke-on-Trent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a well-established and expanding law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent. This position is ideal for an organised and ambitious legal professional looking to develop their career within commercial property law, supporting experienced solicitors on a broad range of property transactions while gaining valuable exposure to high-quality legal work.
Working as part of a collaborative Commercial Property team, you will assist with the day-to-day management of transactions, provide exceptional client support and contribute to the continued success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Property Paralegal will provide support across a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:

- Assisting with freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, leases and other commercial property transactions
- Preparing legal documentation, drafting correspondence and completing forms required throughout the conveyancing process
- Managing files efficiently by maintaining accurate records and updating the firm's case management system
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, agents and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly
- Carrying out legal research, obtaining searches and responding to routine enquiries under the supervision of experienced fee earners
- Supporting the completion of transactions by coordinating documentation and ensuring key deadlines are met
- Providing high levels of client care through professional, timely and effective communication
- Assisting with departmental administration and ensuring compliance with internal procedures

About you
The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will be able to demonstrate:
- n
- Previous experience working within a Commercial Property or Property Law department, or a genuine interest in pursuing a career in this area of law
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while working to deadlines
- Confident communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within a supportive legal environment
- Good IT skills and experience using legal case management systems would be advantageous
