n We’re seeking an exceptional Supplier Account Manager to join our talented team at OneAdvanced, a leading software supplier to the UK’s higher education sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships with the suppliers on our purchasing (emarketplace) platform, driving growth, and supporting their strategic objectives through the effective use of our leading software solution. n As Supplier Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic account plans for our key suppliers on our purchasing (emarketplace) solution, predomently operating within the Higher Education sector. You will work closely with the suppliers to understand their strategic objectives, identify opportunities to create value through our software solutions, and deliver tailored support to ensure their success.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including our product development, professional services, and support teams, to ensure that the suppliers receive seamless, end-to-end support and that our solutions meet their evolving needs. Develop and execute strategic account plans, setting clear objectives, targets, and metrics for success, and driving growth through targeted sales initiatives and account management activities. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improved customer outcomes. Proactively manage risks to customer satisfaction and revenue, ensuring long-term partnerships. A proven track record of success in account management or supplier management. Experience influencing at board or executive level, with the ability to shape strategic direction. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Demonstrated ability to balance customer advocacy with commercial outcomes.
