We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Development Manager to join our Digital Assets team. This role is located in London.

n

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

n

n
• nSupport the development and delivery of Digital Assets products (e.g., digital securities, and real‑world assets) by driving defined workstreams from concept through launch.n

n

• nPartner with senior product leaders to define problem statements, scope, success metrics, and delivery milestones for priority initiatives.n

n

• nWork with stakeholders and SMEs to capture, analyse, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional specifications across Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.n

n

• nContribute to future‑state business architecture and operating model design to support new and existing Blockchain/DLT use cases.n

n

• nWork with cybersecurity, risk, and controls teams to help implement governance and regulatory requirements, including controls, procedures, and evidence needed for approvals.n

n

• nDrive documentation and delivery of end‑to‑end business workflows for tokenization and on‑chain settlement models, coordinating testing/validation and launch readiness across teams.n

n

• nMonitor internal and external blockchain/DLT capabilities and vendors; synthesize options and tradeoffs (feasibility, maturity, cost, time‑to‑market) to inform recommendations and roadmaps.n

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

n

n
• nExperience in product development, with exposure to financial services, capital markets, or market infrastructure.n

n

• nExperience working with blockchain / digital assets products or platforms (directly or via closely related market infrastructure).n

n

• nStrong understanding of:n
  n
  • nTokenization frameworks, digital asset lifecycle, and key actors across issuance, custody, transfer, and settlementn

  n

  • nFamiliarity with token standards (e.g., ERC‑20, ERC‑721, ERC‑1400) is a plusn

  n

  • nSmart contract concepts and blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana)n

  n

  • nOn‑chain settlement models and decentralized finance (DeFi) primitives n

nnn

• nExposure to multi-chain or cross-chain concepts; experience working with teams building such solutions is a plus.n

n

• nDemonstrated ability to deliver solutions in regulated environments, partnering effectively with risk, compliance, technology, and operations.n

n

• nExperience contributing to product design and development, including documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and supporting delivery plans through implementation.n

n

• nExecution focused with experience working in multi-disciplinary teams comprising product managers, designers, and engineers.n

n

• nStrong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and provide clear status updates across cross-functional partners.n
