Implementation Consultant – NHS / Healthcare

Running product demonstrations and configuration design workshops, clearly explaining workflows and benefits. Undertaking gap analysis to ensure solutions support current and future operational processes. Supporting user acceptance testing, go-live activity, and early-life support. Contributing to internal testing by identifying, investigating, and escalating software issues. Supporting data migration activities and resolving configuration-related challenges. Attending project boards and stakeholder meetings to represent System C professionally. Proven experience in system implementation, project delivery, or professional services roles. Experience delivering training, testing, and implementation support. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel as required.
