Job Description

Wise is searching for a visionary Global Head of Health, Safety, Security and Travel (HSST) to spearhead our global resilience and duty of care strategy. Reporting to the VP of Global Real Estate, Workplace, and Risk, you will lead a multinational team to protect our people, workplaces, and continuity.
n
As a senior leader, you will manage physical security, health and safety, crisis management, and corporate travel as single function. This mission requires strategic governance, empathetic leadership, and the ability to manage rapid crisis response across our global operations.

Your Mission:

Strategic Leadership & Governance

- nDefine the Vision: Implement a comprehensive global strategy for HSST that aligns with our broader business objectivesn
- nGlobal Compliance: Ensure the organisation meets all regional health and safety legislation, including HSE, OSHA, and local equivalentsn
- nTeam Leadership: Mentor a dispersed team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementn

Global Security & Crisis Management

- nThreat & Risk Assessment: Oversee the evaluation of geopolitical and environmental risks to our global offices and Wisersn
- nCrisis Response: Lead the Global Crisis Management Team to ensure Business Continuity Plans are mature and regularly testedn
- nPhysical Security: Standardise access control and surveillance measures across our entire global real estate portfolion

Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)

- nSafety Culture: Champion a proactive safety-first mindset across all operational hubs and corporate officesn
- nIncident Investigation: Oversee root-cause analyses for global safety incidents and implement frameworks to mitigate future risksn

Global Corporate Travel & Duty of Care

- nTravel Program Management: Optimise global vendor management while balancing cost-efficiency with traveler well-beingn
- nDuty of Care: Implement cutting-edge tracking and emergency protocols for Wisers traveling on businessn

Required Skills:

- nExceptional communication skills with the ability to brief C-suite executives during high-pressure crisesn
- nProven track record of managing multi-million-pound budgets and negotiating global vendor contractsn
- nAbility to navigate complex regulatory landscapes across EMEA, AMER, and APAC regionsn
- nStrong background in Security, Health & Safety, and Crisis Management leadershipn
- nSkill in managing and leading culturally diverse teams within a multinational environmentn
- nExperience in designing and executing global resilience and travel program strategiesn
