This role is ideal for someone who is confident with data, comfortable coding, and eager to solve complex problems.Your work will have a tangible impact, driving strategic decisions and enhancing our portfolio performance.Our credit teams are building high performing portfolios, with bold growth targets and a commitment to responsible lending.Within the credit function, our core responsibilities include:nOptimising credit decisioning: who to lend to, how much to lend, and at what interest rate.nDefine and refine credit strategies that align with our evolving portfolio goals.nDiscover insights from data using tools like Python and SQL to address key business questions.nCollaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to implement strategies.Daily coding experience, with proficiency in Python and SQL ideallynProven experience in credit risk strategy, ideally within consumer lending.nA strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable decisions.nA focus on delivering results that align with both commercial and customer needs.nAn initial phone conversation with a member of our team.nWinning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companiesn nnFlexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role.
