DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Account Resourcing Lead to support workforce planning and delivery across a secure, high-profile client environment. This is a critical, site-based role responsible for ensuring the right skills are in place at the right time to meet client demand, working closely with account leadership, delivery teams, and recruitment.

As Account Resourcing Lead, you will take ownership of workforce planning, demand management, and fulfilment across the account. You will act as the key link between delivery, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders, ensuring resourcing strategies align with financial, operational, and contractual objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• nOwn end-to-end resource planning and demand management for the account.n

n

• nWork with delivery and account leadership to forecast demand and identify skill requirements.n

n

• nPartner with Talent Acquisition and suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of roles.n

n

• nTrack and manage headcount, utilisation, and hiring pipelines.n

n

• nDrive workforce optimisation, including redeployment, bench management, and succession planning.n

n

• nSupport hiring approvals, governance, and alignment with workforce plans.n

n

• nProvide regular reporting and insights on resourcing performance, risks, and gaps.n

n

• nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvement and automation.n

What You’ll Bring

• nProven experience in resourcing, workforce planning, or talent management within complex environments.n

• nStrong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and delivery models.n

• nExperience working with senior stakeholders in delivery or account teams.n

• nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and drive decisions.n

• nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.n
