We couldn’t do it without our brilliant people.We are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our HR team, based at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford International Airport.As a HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with key business areas within our engineering function, providing strategic HR support, guidance, and coaching that enhances people capability and drives business performance.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to deliver practical and effective people solutions.

- Partner with wider HR teams to ensure effective delivery of employee lifecycle and people-related activities

Act as the first point of contact for organisational change initiatives
- Design and deliver HR training for managers on policies, procedures, and people management best practice
Strong project and change management skills
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) would be advantageous
