If those values resonate with you, we’d love to have you on board.The RoleThis is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll be trained from the ground up in all aspects of recruitment, working across both the Bedford and Huntingdon branches. You’ll play a key role in sourcing and placing candidates with our clients, while delivering an outstanding service to both sides of the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities Resourcing and identifying suitable candidates through job boards, CV databases, and third-party platformsWriting and posting compelling, accurate job adverts across multiple channelsScreening candidates by telephone and in person to assess suitabilityReviewing CVs and matching candidate profiles to client vacanciesProactively reaching out to candidates to build a strong and active talent poolAnswering all inbound calls promptly and professionally, including taking after-hours calls when requiredConducting candidate registrations and interviewsBuilding and formatting professional CVs to present candidates to clients effectivelyCarrying out thorough reference checks in line with company and client standardsChecking and processing compliance documentation including right-to-work, ID, licences, and qualificationsMatching candidates to client requirements, taking into account skills, availability, and locationMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the recruitment databaseLiaising with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updatesSupporting the wider team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as requiredDeveloping your knowledge of the transport and logistics sector to better serve clients and candidates What We’re Looking For A confident and professional communicator, both on the phone and in writingOrganised and able to manage a busy and varied workloadA positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help peopleResilient and comfortable working in a results-driven environmentStrong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing documents and CVsPrevious experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or sales role is advantageous but not essential – full training will be providedA full UK driving licence is desirable What We Offer £26,000 per annum starting salaryWorking hours of 07:30–15:30, Monday to FridayFull training and ongoing support from an experienced teamClear progression opportunities within a growing businessA supportive and friendly working environmentThe opportunity to build a rewarding career in specialist recruitment How to ApplyIf you’re ready to start your career in recruitment and want to be part of a driven and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you….
