Job Description:

Job Description We are looking for an individual who can support the CSI PMO by handling and CEMAR administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings and resources, tracking project data, and ensuring adherence to PMO standards. The role will primarily focus on the Critical Security Infrastructure (CSI) Project, with additional support to business-as-usual activities as required. Please note this role requires travel. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer PMO software applications (e.g. , CEMAR), ensuring documentation, logs (tasks, risks, issues), and data accuracy are maintained. Coordinate meetings, resources (people, tools, training), and ensure project timelines and milestones are effectively managed. Maintain and implement PMO standards, processes, and templates, including charters and communication materials. Act as a central point of contact for information requests and updates across project teams and stakeholders. Monitor and track project financials, including purchase orders, timesheets, cost tracking, and alignment to programme timelines. Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and changes (RAID), supporting mitigation and resolution activities. Prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates, including progress reports and executive briefings. Support project managers and teams, facilitate cross-functional communication, and drive continuous improvement in PMO processes and tools. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding £1m Conversant with NEC4 contracts Minimum intermediate Excel competency Ability to quickly learn new software platforms Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across stakeholders Proficiency in project management software and tools Minimum BPS clearance UK driving licence with flexibility to travel The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
